We are incredibly proud of how Family Support Derbyshire has had a positive impact during Covid-19. Our support has continued throughout the lockdown, through safe, diversified methods as appropriate to government guidelines. In fact, we have actually increased the number of families to which we have provided much-needed help. We have reached out to all of the families on our waiting list and taken on new referrals too. We recognise the issues and difficulties faced by parents and have gone over and above to try to help.  Staff and Volunteers have kept in regular contact with parents and carers and the feedback we have received has been heartwarming. Donations and fundraising play a large part in us being able to deliver much-needed resources to children. Children having positive experiences and being engaged during the pandemic has been incredibly important.
